Manufactured by Fossil, the Philippe Starck collection brings a legend of modern design to the wrist with an incredible collection of funky, contemporary designs. Perhaps one of the most famous and prolific designers alive today, Starck began has career by designing interiors throughout Paris, such as the La Main Bleue and Les Bains-Douches night clubs. His career took off when French President Francois Mitterand commissioned him design a suite in the Elysée Palace in Paris in 1982, and since he has created a phenomenal international reputation as a designer of interiors, furniture, and domestic products. Known for his ability to see the potential for beautiful design in any object, Starck has perhaps become most widely known through his bold reworkings of everyday objects: toothrushes, alarm clocks, juicers, chairs, and much more. This line of watches continues that belief that good design can - and should - appear everywhere.
