Need to return your watch? It's easy, and it's FREE! We guarantee your 100% satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return. Watchco.com fully refunds 100% of the purchase price on all United States orders. You can return your purchase for up to 365 days from the purchase date. Watches must be not sized and unworn in the condition you received them and in the original box. Orders shipped directly to Canada, Europe or Australia may only be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, and there will be a US$15.00 shipping and handling fee for each item returned.
How to return a watch:
- Ensure the watch is not sized, has not been worn, and is in the original box.
- Package the watch, with your receipt and original packaging, and send to:
