FREE SHIPPING

We offer free USPS Priority Mail shipping (average delivery time 2-3 business days) on any order over $50. This applies to addresses anywhere in the U.S., including Hawaii, Alaska, APOs, and military bases. Orders under $50 will be charged a $3.99 shipping fee.

EXPRESS U.S. SHIPPING

WatchCo.com has many options for express and overnight shipping for your convenience:

$19.99 for FedEx 2-day Air (2 business days)
$34.99 for FedEx Standard Overnight (Guaranteed next day if placed by 4pm EST)
*If order is fulfilled through our Amazon Fulfillment Center, shipping will be handled by their preferred carrier, subject to their policy.
Express orders can be called in as well at 1-800-584-1618. You can reach us by phone Monday – Friday from 9 am – 5 pm (US Central Time).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

$29.99 for Delivery to Canada, Mexico, and any country outside of North America
Shipping is via First Class International. Delivery takes 6-10 business days on average, but can take longer depending on location.
Express Mail International shipping is $49.99 for Canada and Mexico. Express International Shipping outside of North America is $59.99. Delivery for Express Mail International takes 4-6 business days on average.
These shipping times do not include time it takes to clear customs in your country. Sometimes that will add a few days to delivery on an order. The prices above are per order, not per watch.

LIMITATIONS

Due to brand limitations, we cannot ship the following brands internationally:

Garmin
Seiko
Note: We do not ship to Indonesia, Venezuela or Nigeria. We apologize for any inconvenience.

IMPORT FEES

Each customer is responsible for import fees imposed by the government of their country, if any. If you are buying the product as a gift for someone, you can request via email that we label the item as a gift. Please email info@watchco.com with your order number after placing your order.

110% Price Protection

If you find an item for a lower price on another web site or in a retail store, we will refund you 110% of the difference between the lower price and our price. We'll even refund the difference if we lower the price at Watchco.com!

Here's how it works:
- The item must be currently available in the same style, size, quantity, and color that is on Watchco.com.
- If a web site or store, it cannot be an auction site, paid membership club or eBay Express.
- If a store, it must be a legitimate store located in the United States.
- Taxes (if any) and shipping charges (if applicable) will be included when calculating the price difference.
- The web site or retail store must be a verifiable authorized dealer of the brand in question. We can not match prices if the competitor is liquidating their current inventory.

365-DAY RETURN POLICY

Need to return your watch? It's easy, and it's FREE! We guarantee your 100% satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return. Watchco.com fully refunds 100% of the purchase price on all United States orders. You can return your purchase for up to 365 days from the purchase date. Watches must be unworn, in the condition you received them, unsized and in the original box.

Orders shipped Internationally may only be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
